Darby Racing Technology, LLC sells Speed Silks across the globe, and while we try to stay abreast of international requirements, it is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to make sure the markings and colors comply with the rules of the jurisdiction in which the Speed Silks will be used. We will manufacture your Speed Silks with the same markings and colors on the final design proof approved by the customer, regardless of local regulations.
If your new Speed Silks® will be shipped to an address outside the United States*, there will be extra shipping charges or an extra regional fee, based on the destination country: Customers shipping to Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand and Singapore pay a surcharge of 8% of the price of the product, but do not pay any additional charges for standard shipping. Standard shipping is via US Postal Service First-Class Package International service. Customers shipping to these countries may request at-cost expedited shipping options (FedEx, DHL, UPS) at the customer’s expense.
Customers shipping to all other non-U.S. countries pay actual shipping costs. The customer may chose any shipping service offered by FedEx, DHL, UPS or the US Postal Service.
*Customers shipping to any U.S. Possession, territory or Freely Associated State (i.e., USVI, Guam, etc.) are considered U.S. customers.
We want to make it as easy as possible for our clients to communicate with us, but long-distance phone charges to the United States can be very expensive.
